Shipping policy

Order Status

Paid/Unfulfilled - The payment for your order has been completed. We have received your order and we are preparing your shipment package.

Fulfilled - We have filled in the shipping tracking number, and your package has been sent.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our Term is FOB which DOESN'T include custom fee. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

 

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct with full name, a right phone number, city with right post code included, the phone number is very important in the shipping address.

Insurance

We do not offer insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.

Reception

With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
